Natural Gas Pipeline

 
MASTIO publishes the annual Natural Gas Pipeline Transportation Customer Value & Loyalty Study during the 1st quarter of each year.  Mastio has been publishing the Gas Pipeline Study on an annual basis since 2000.  Prior to this, Mastio conducted the study every other year starting in 1996. 
 
This study identifies and quantifies the perceptions and needs of shippers of natural gas in North America. The annual study findings are based on interviews with nearly 1,100 major natural gas shippers providing thousands of total observations. 
 
Each Natural Gas Pipeline Study also includes thousands of qualitative (Voice of the Customer) responses to multiple open-ended questions about individual gas pipelines.

MASTIO publishes the bi-annual Midstream Customer Value & Loyalty Study during the 3rd quarter every two years.  Mastio has been publishing the Midstream Study since 2008. 

 

This study identifies and quantifies the perceptions and needs of midstream customers in North America. The study findings are based on interviews with nearly 300 respondents providing thousands of total observations. 

 

Each Midstream Study also includes thousands of qualitative (Voice of the Customer) responses to multiple open-ended questions about individual midstream service companies.
